ADN Swim Project Working with Specialists on the Road to Rio

During the Olympic season, while working towards Olympic greatness, the athletes will use a few 15-day periods where they will train according to Rio 2016 racing time schedule and at the same time they will base their entire day on that program.

As the events will be taking place at night, the circadian rhythms will be carefully evaluated in order for the athletes to be extremely competitive and in their best physical and psychological condition.
