From AAU National Diving
“What we’re witnessing this week at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center is historic for our sport. I was on deck the other morning watching a line of eight-year-olds waiting their turn on the boards next to our college-bound divers, and it hit me just how far this community has come. None of this happens without our partners — the facility staff here have been extraordinary, and Visit Lauderdale opened their arms to our athletes and families in a way that made this feel like home. This is a moment for our entire diving community to celebrate.”
