Competitive Swimmers Hi In 3 Feelings Ko Sach Me Samajh Sakte Hai

Har swimmer ka apna ek unique goal hota hai. Koi apna personal best (PB) todna chahta hai, koi state ya national level par medal jeetna chahta hai, aur koi international level tak pahunchne ka sapna dekhta hai.

Lekin in goals ko achieve karne ke safar me kuch aise experiences hote hain jo lagbhag har competitive swimmer apni life me zaroor feel karta hai.

Aaiye jaante hain un 3 experiences ke baare me jinse har competitive swimmer kabhi na kabhi guzarta hai.

1. Personal Best (PB) Todne Ki Khushi

Ye feeling sirf wahi swimmer samajh sakta hai jisne kabhi apna PB improve kiya ho.

Race khatam hote hi aap full speed me pool wall touch karte ho aur turant upar lage digital scoreboard ki taraf dekhte ho. Bas ek hi umeed hoti hai…

“Please mera PB toot gaya ho.”

Aur jab screen par naya personal best time dikhta hai, to ek saath bahut saari feelings aati hain…

  • Garv (Pride)
  • Khushi (Happiness)
  • Santushti (Satisfaction)
  • Relief
  • Aur confidence ki feeling ki mehnat rang laayi.

Ye wahi moment hota hai jiske liye swimmers roz subah jaldi uthkar hard training karte hain aur apni limits push karte hain.

2. “Impossible Workout” Ka Dar

Shayad aapke coach bhi kabhi aisa bolte honge…

“4–5 din baad ek bahut hi tough workout hone wala hai. Dekhte hain kaun complete kar pata hai.”

Mujhe bhi apne coach ki ye baat aaj tak yaad hai.

Us waqt lagta tha ki pata nahi kitna impossible workout hoga. Kai swimmers to workout ke ek din pehle hi bol dete the ki unki tabiyat kharab ho gayi hai.

Lekin jab workout start hota tha, tab realize hota tha ki…

“Ye to normal workout se bas thoda hi zyada difficult tha.”

Baad me samajh aaya ki coach ka asli purpose sirf physical training nahi tha.

Wo hume mentally strong banana chahte the, taaki future me koi bhi tough challenge hume dara na sake.

3. Full Effort Ke Baad Scoreboard Par “DQ” Dekhna

Ye competitive swimming ki sabse painful feelings me se ek hai.

Race start hoti hai.

Aapko yaad aata hai ki pichhle kai mahino se kitni mehnat ki hai. Har workout pura focus ke saath complete kiya hai.

Race ke dauran aapka stroke smooth, powerful aur controlled feel hota hai.

Aap apna 100% dekar finish wall touch karte ho aur excitement ke saath scoreboard ki taraf dekhte ho, is umeed me ki shayad aaj naya personal best ban gaya ho.

Lekin…

Apne naam ke saamne timing ki jagah sirf ek word likha hota hai…

DQ (Disqualified).

Us ek pal me saari excitement disappointment me badal jaati hai.

Dil toot jata hai, lekin wahi moment ek swimmer ko aur bhi disciplined banata hai. Kyunki har DQ ek naya lesson deta hai—rules ko aur achhi tarah samajhne ka aur agli race me aur better perform karne ka.

Conclusion

Competitive swimming sirf medals aur timings ka naam nahi hai.

Ye emotions, failures, victories aur learning ka ek lamba safar hai. Har PB, har tough workout aur har DQ ek swimmer ko mentally aur physically pehle se zyada strong banata hai.

Yaad rakhiye, champion wahi banta hai jo har experience se kuch seekhta hai aur agle din phir se pool me utar kar apna best dene ke liye taiyar rehta hai.
