Sleep aapki sports life ka ek aisa factor hai jo aapki performance ko improve bhi kar sakta hai aur kharab bhi. Isliye jitna dhyan aap diet aur workout par dete hain, utna hi dhyan apni sleep par bhi dena chahiye.

Sleep Itni Zaroori Kyun Hai?

Achhi aur quality sleep hum sabke liye bahut important hai. Jab humein poori neend nahi milti, to hamara focus, decision making aur cognitive performance affect hone lagta hai. Saath hi body ka glucose metabolism bhi sahi tarah se kaam nahi karta.

Swimming ek demanding sport hai jahan roz hard training hoti hai. Isliye swimmers ko normal adults ke comparison me thodi zyada recovery ki zarurat pad sakti hai.

Agar possible ho, to 8 ghante ki sleep ke saath 1 extra hour add karein ya phir din me 20–30 minute ki power nap lekar recovery complete karein.

“Athletic performance ke liye proper sleep bahut zaroori hai.”

Unke according, athletes training ke dauran normal logon ke comparison me zyada calories use karte hain aur unki body par zyada stress hota hai.

Sleep hi wo time hota hai jab hamara mind aur body hard training, school, college ya work ke pressure se recover karte hain.

Kam Sleep Ka Performance Par Asar

Research me ye bhi dekha gaya hai ki kam sleep lene se body me glycogen aur carbohydrates ka storage kam ho sakta hai. Ye dono hi physical activity ke dauran body ke main energy sources hote hain.

Jab energy kam hogi, to training aur competition ke dauran jaldi thakan mehsoos hogi.

  • Jaldi fatigue hona.
  • Energy level ka low hona.
  • Focus aur concentration me kami.
  • Competition ke time decision making slow hona.
  • Aur aakhir me performance par negative impact padna.

Hard training aapko strong banati hai, lekin quality sleep hi us training ka asli benefit body ko deti hai. Agar aap better swim karna chahte hain, to sirf training aur diet hi nahi, sleep ko bhi apni priority banaiye.
