Camp BOOKING ASSOCIATE
Fitter & Faster Swim Camps

Position Overview

The Camp Booking Associate works alongside our Director of Camp Booking to secure new camp bookings, develop host team and facility relationships, and build camp inventory across assigned markets. This is a high-potential role designed for someone who is hungry, coachable, and wants to build a meaningful career in the business of competitive swimming. The right person will earn increasing responsibility over time and is someone we can see growing into a senior booking role as the company continues to expand.

Primary Responsibilities

Camp Booking & Host Development

  • Work directly with the Director of Camp Booking to identify and pursue new host team and facility opportunities across assigned states and markets, while also managing and nurturing relationships with many of our existing host teams and facilities
  • Conduct outreach to club directors, facility managers, and coaches to introduce FFT’s camp model and gauge interest in hosting
  • Follow up consistently with prospective hosts through the full conversation cycle — from first contact to signed agreement
  • Manage a portfolio of recurring camp relationships, ensuring high-value long-term partners are kept on the calendar through persistent, professional follow-up
  • Over time, take on increasing ownership of assigned markets as performance and knowledge develop

Outreach & Pipeline Management

  • Execute daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to prospective host facilities and coaches
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activity and conversations in Salesforce
  • Stay organized, stay disciplined, and flag opportunities and obstacles to the Director of Camp Booking in a timely way

Knowledge & Development

  • Build and demonstrate a deep understanding of the USA Swimming club structure, YMCA programs, AAU, and other competitive swimming leagues and how they drive camp demand
  • Learn the seasonal calendar and how coaches think about camp timing, team priorities, and participant readiness
  • Shadow and learn from the Director of Camp Booking to develop a comprehensive understanding of how FFT’s booking process works from first conversation to signed agreement

Collaboration & Communication

  • Communicate proactively with the Director of Camp Booking and company leadership about what’s working, what isn’t, and what support is needed
  • Represent Fitter & Faster professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions with the swimming community

How Success Is Measured

  • Bookings closed — number of new and recurring camp agreements secured within assigned markets
  • Pipeline built — active prospects in Salesforce at each stage of the booking conversation
  • Repeat-book rate — percentage of assigned recurring camp partners successfully retained and rebooked each cycle
  • Relationship depth — quality and consistency of communication with assigned host facilities and partners over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive swimming background — you understand the culture, the calendar, the club structure, and how coaches think
  • Real outreach and relationship-building instincts — you’re comfortable picking up the phone and using every available channel to follow up until you get an answer
  • Coachable and growth-oriented — you’re willing to learn this business the right way and invest in building expertise over time
  • CRM discipline — you log what you do, stay organized, and treat your pipeline as a living document
  • Self-motivated — you can work remotely and stay productive without daily oversight
  • Someone who sees this as a career, not a stepping stone — we’re building something and we want people who want to build it with us

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Founder and CEO and works in close daily collaboration with the Director of Camp Booking, who serves as the primary mentor and day-to-day guide for this position.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be based in the United States and have a strong working knowledge of the USA Swimming, YMCA, AAU, and broader competitive swimming ecosystem.

Compensation

Base salary $55,000–$65,000 commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus.
