Swimming Beginners Guide: Swimming Ki Basic Techniques

Agar aap bilkul naye hain swimming pool mein, to sabse pehle swimming ki sahi basic techniques ko samajhna bahut zaruri hai. Jab aap basics ko achhi tarah seekh lete hain, to pool mein aap zyada relaxed, confident aur comfortable feel karte hain.

Is article mein hum swimming ke un basic concepts ke baare mein baat karenge jo har beginner ko aane chahiye:

  • Floating (Float) kaise karein

1. Pani Ke Saath Balance Aur Floating

Swimming seekhne ka pehla step sirf technique nahi, pani ke saath comfortable hona hai.

Agar aapko pani se dar lagta hai, to pehle us dar ko dheere-dheere khatam karein. Iske liye shuru ke kuch din sirf swimming pool ke shallow area mein chalna, pani mein khade rehna aur face ko pani mein daalne ki practice karein.

Jab pani ka fear kam ho jayega, tab balance aur floating naturally improve hone lagenge.

Balance banane ke liye 2–3 din tak Kickboard ke saath regular practice karein. Shuru mein body idhar-udhar hilegi, lekin dheere-dheere aapka control improve ho jayega.

Kickboard ka ek aur bada advantage ye hai ki ye aapko Streamline Position maintain karna bhi sikhata hai.

Kickboard Practice Ke Important Points

  • Kickboard ko bahut tightly mat pakdiye.
  • Grip comfortable aur relaxed rakhiye.
  • Kickboard ko uski length ke aadhe ya aadhe se thoda upar wale hisse se pakdiye.
  • Body ko jitna ho sake streamline position mein rakhiye.

2. Swimming Mein Sahi Kick Kaise Karein?

Swimming mein speed sirf taakat se nahi, sahi technique se aati hai.

Bahut se beginners ye galti karte hain ki woh pairon ko pani se bahar nikal kar zor-zor se marte hain. Unhe lagta hai jitna zyada pani udega utni achhi kick hogi.

Lekin sach ye hai ki:

Jitna zyada pani uchhaloge, utni hi zyada energy waste hogi.

Is tarah kick karne se body jaldi thak jaati hai aur aage movement bhi kam hoti hai.

Sahi Kicking Technique

  • Kick hamesha pani ki surface se lagbhag 5–8 cm neeche honi chahiye.
  • Pair relaxed rakhein, lekin ankles flexible hone chahiye.
  • Toes ko peeche ki taraf point karein taaki pani ko efficiently push kar sakein.
  • Kick hips se start honi chahiye, sirf knees se nahi.
  • Chhoti aur fast kicks swimming ke liye sabse effective hoti hain.

Practice

  • Lagbhag 2 minute tak continuous kick karein.
  • Is drill ko din mein 3–5 baar repeat karein.

Regular practice se kick powerful aur efficient dono ban jayegi.

3. Gliding Kya Hoti Hai?

Swimming mein body ko aage le jane ka sabse important part hai Gliding.

Jab aap streamline position mein hote hain aur pani ko minimum resistance dete hain, tab body naturally aage slide karti hai. Isi movement ko gliding kehte hain.

Achhi gliding ka matlab hai:

  • Kam energy kharch hogi.
  • Body smoothly move karegi.
  • Swimming speed improve hogi.

Lekin gliding tabhi achhi hogi jab aap balance, floating aur kicking pehle sahi tarah seekh chuke hon.

Better Gliding Ke Tips

  • Body ko jitna ho sake seedha rakhein.
  • Sir ko neutral position mein rakhein.
  • Nazar hamesha pool ki black line par rakhein, aage dekhne ki aadat mat banaiye.
  • Streamline position ko maintain karein.
  • Har push-off ke baad kuch seconds glide karne ki practice karein.

4. Pani Mein Standing

Swimming seekhte waqt pani mein khud ko control karna bahut zaruri hai.

Standing ki practice se confidence badhta hai aur panic kam hota hai.

Standing karte waqt:

  • Body ko relaxed rakhein.
  • Hathon aur pairon ki halki movement se balance banaye rakhein.
  • Ghabrahat mein unnecessary movement na karein.
