Swimming me Ek Side Breathe Kare Ya Dono Side? Sahi Jawab Kya Hai?
Freestyle swimming seekhne wale bahut se swimmers ka ek hi sawaal hota hai:
“Kya mujhe hamesha ek hi side saans leni chahiye ya dono side?”
Iska jawab “yeh depend karta hai”, lekin agar aap technique aur long-term improvement dekh rahe ho, to bilateral breathing (dono side saans lena) bahut faydemand hota hai.
Ek Side Breathing (Unilateral Breathing)
Example: Har 2 stroke ke baad sirf right side saans lena ya left side.
Fayde:
- Zyada oxygen milti hai.
- Sprint me comfortable lagta hai.
- Race pace maintain karna aasaan hota hai.
Nuksaan:
- Body ek side zyada rotate karne lagti hai.
- Stroke me imbalance aa sakta hai.
- Shoulder aur neck par extra stress ho sakta hai.
Dono Side Breathing (Bilateral Breathing)
Example: Har 3 stroke ke baad alternating side par saans lena.
Fayde:
- Stroke zyada balanced hota hai.
- Body alignment improve hoti hai.
- Dono sides equally strong banti hain.
- Open water swimming me bahut useful.
Nuksaan:
- Shuru me thoda difficult lag sakta hai.
- Kam oxygen feel ho sakti hai.
- Rhythm set karne me time lagta hai.

Beginners ke liye: Dono side breathing seekhna bahut achha investment hai.
Competitive swimmers ke liye: Training me dono side saans lena seekho, lekin race me jo side aapko zyada comfortable aur fast lagti hai, uska use kar sakte ho.

Ek Chhota Drill
Try karo:
- 25m — Right side breathing
- 25m — Left side breathing
- 25m — Every 3 strokes bilateral breathing
- 25m — Normal swim
Yeh drill aapki balance, body rotation aur breathing control ko improve karegi.
