Dive Lagane Par Nose Me Pani Jata Hai? (Beginners Ke Liye Simple Guide)

Bahut saare beginners ki ek common problem hoti hai – jaise hi wo dive lagate hain ya pani ke andar jate hain, unki naak me pani chala jata hai. Isse jalan hoti hai, khansi aati hai aur kai log pani se darne bhi lagte hain. Lekin achhi baat ye hai ki ye bilkul normal hai aur thodi practice se ise aasani se control kiya ja sakta hai.

Naak me pani kyu jata hai?

Jab hum hawa me hote hain, to naak ke andar hawa hoti hai jo pani ko andar jane se rok leti hai. Lekin jaise hi aap dive lagate hain, pani ka pressure naak par lagta hai. Agar aap naak se halki si bhi hawa bahar nahi nikal rahe hote, to pani naak ke andar ghus sakta hai.

Iska matlab ye nahi ki aap kuch galat kar rahe hain. Bas aapki body abhi pani ke pressure ki aadat nahi hui hai.

Sabse common mistake

Bahut se beginners dive lagate waqt saans rok lete hain aur naak ko bilkul band kar dete hain.

Unhe lagta hai ki saans rokne se pani nahi jayega, lekin aksar iska ulta hota hai. Jab naak se bilkul hawa bahar nahi nikalti, to pani ko andar jane ka mauka mil jata hai.

Solution kya hai?

Dive lagate waqt ya pani ke andar jate hi naak se bahut halki aur lagatar hawa bahar nikalte rahiye.

Aap “hmmmm” ya “bubbles” banane jaisa feel kar sakte hain.

Ye bahar nikalti hui hawa ek protective barrier banati hai jo pani ko naak ke andar jane se rokne me madad karti hai.

Is skill ko kaise practice karein?

  1. Pool ke kinare khade ho jaiye.
  2. Sir ko dheere-dheere pani ke andar le jaiye.
  3. Naak se chhote-chhote bubbles nikaliye.
  4. Jab comfortable lage, tab poora face pani me rakhiye.
  5. Ab chhoti dives aur push-offs ke dauran bhi yehi practice kariye.

Kitne time me theek ho jayega?

Har swimmer alag hota hai, lekin adhiktar beginners kuch sessions ki practice ke baad is problem se bahar aa jate hain. Jitna zyada aap bubbles nikalne ki practice karenge, utni hi jaldi confidence aayega.

Yaad rakhiye

Naak me pani jana swimming seekhne ka ek normal hissa hai. Iska matlab ye nahi ki aap swimming nahi seekh sakte. Sirf naak se halki hawa bahar nikalne ki aadat daliye aur dheere-dheere aap bina kisi dikkat ke dive lagane lagenge.

Simple Rule: “Dive ke dauran naak se halki hawa bahar nikalo, pani andar nahi jayega.”
