Rowdy quote during the 1650 ” maybe I’m wrong”……….is Rowdy having some self awareness? Probably not.

Cannot get over Rowdy saying ASU winning the 200 Medley relay is a HUGE upset. They were the #2 ranked team. People have been predicting them to win that relay all year. They would not be an upset winner in ANY sprint relay. Come on.

Also, it is a bit crazy that they were implying that Kos would be able to battle Kharun on the Fly leg. It’s a 50 Fly. Kharun has 9 of the top 10 splits in history. Josh Liendo could battle him on a Fly leg, but not Kos.

Anyway, cool to see Liendo do that 17.5. Also very happy to see Kulow post a 17.9 split.

Watched the mile again after having watched it live and it is amazing that the little the Beisel had a chance to say during the race was more informative and insightful than the rest I heard during that race (other than reading of splits from a paper and a screen).
