3-Time Delaware High School Champ Matt Otto Gives Verbal to Virginia

Matt Otto, a senior at Salesianum School in Wilmington, Delaware, has elected to swim at the University of Virginia for the next four years, and has made his verbal commitment to the coaching staff.

Otto is the two-time DIAA Swimming & Diving state champion in the 100 breast (2015 and 2016) and the 2016 champion in the 500 free.
