There were 10 events on night one, but only six of them saw prize money with the men’s and women’s 50 free and 200 IM finals coming tomorrow after the semifinals happened tonight.
Event Winners on Night One
- Women’s 1500 Freestyle: Katie Ledecky — 15:23.21

Nobody earned prize money in more than one event tonight, which means there are 18 athletes (9 men and 9 women) on the current prize money tables.
