Wow… 51.8 for Elaydi! Amazing versatility for a high schooler who also goes 1:42 / 1:58 LC 200 fly

For this being the state championship meet for one of the premier swimming states in the country, this meet is pretty poorly run. Terrible single camera stream with shaky footage and graphics covering half the pool, announcer seeming has no knowledge of the sport and has no energy, no bulkhead/separation between competition & warmup…is this really the best you can do CA??

high school swimming in California needs to be retooled. Lots of leagues have league championships, section championships, and states in back to back to back weekends. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

Ohio High School state meet had 4 different boys sub 20 flat start. Two in the event and two leading off their 200 Free Relays
