I feel like another name to watch out for would be Rachel Stege. Stege has had a very inconsistent over the past couple years with health issues, but she is seemingly back to form now. 4:34 at SCC’s, and considering how much time she has dropped over the past year and a half (1500 free drop from 6:33 to 16:13 in 2023, and then 16:13 to 16:10 in 2024), I wouldn’t put it past her to drop a significant amount of time in both her 500/1650.
