King Aquatic Club’s Thomas Anderson Verbally Commits to Arizona

Thomas Anderson of the King Aquatic Club has verbally committed to the Arizona Wildcats, joining a number of early commitments in the class of 2016.

Anderson’s best times in yards:

  • 50 free – 20.10
  • 100 free – 44.42
  • 200 free – 1:41.03
  • 100 back – 47.61
  • 200 back – 1:48.84
  • 100 breast – 56.40
  • 200 breast – 2:06.95
  • 100 fly – 48.00
  • 200 fly – 2:00.95
  • 200 IM – 1:53.08

Anderson has the potential to fill a lot of spots for an Arizona team that will be in rebuilding mode over the next two years. He should immediately take a spot on the Wildcat 200 and 400 free relays, with versatility that could make him a good fit for the medleys as well.

Anderson is a member of the 15-16 200 meter medley relay that holds the National Age Group Record.
