Watch The VT H2Okies Slide Into The Season: November Hype Video

The Virginia Tech coaching staff has been documenting the season thus far in short clips to share with the rest of the swimming community.

The H2okies are sliding into the 2015-2016 season in incredible fashion. The second episode of the season features a lengthy penguin-style deck slide, unique team cheers, student-athlete autograph signing sessions, some insight into their training, and much more!

Virginia Tech’s men’s team is currently undefeated with a 7-0 and are currently ranked 22nd in the country by the College Swim Coaches Association Of America. The women’s team is currently 7-1, suffering only one loss to Penn State in their first meet of the year. The last time they competed was a tri-dual meet against Pittsburgh and Notre Dame on November 7th.

Since their first meet, the H2okies have been unstoppable and are looking to carry that momentum into their mid-season meet this weekend. They will be traveling to Knoxville, TN to compete at the Tennessee Fall Invitational.
