Age group swimmer Marissa demonstrates three freestyle kick techniques using our Velocity Meter technology. We see many swimmers that bend the knee too much and some too little. Getting the right amount of knee bend in your freestyle kick is critically important as over or under bending the knee creates a huge difference in your efficiency.
