Swim Video: Dolphin Chasing Fish, A New Perspective on Fast Swimming

Swim Video is courtesy of David Marsh Performance and Queens University of Charlotte, a SwimSwam Swim Camp Partner.

A dolphin chasing a fish along the surface of the water is a great way to look at the motion of the animal.  At the Royals Swim Camp presented by David Marsh Performance and the University of Queens,  looking at swimming from different perspectives includes looking at the way nature operates.  With access to the scoreboard at Queens University we can use video on a daily basis to help enhance our swimmers technique and awareness in the water.  By intently watching video with good form, the brain can visually translate and process better in conjunction with coaching. The technical world is at our fingertips and we do our best to find the most advanced and creative ways to keep moving the sport of swimming to new limits. In sum, watch the dolphin and learn.
