Swim Job: Williamsburg Aquatic Club seeks Assistant Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Williamsburg Aquatic ClubWilliamsburg Aquatic Club (WAC) a USA Swimming Club located in Williamsburg, Virginia is seeking a positive, energetic and motivated candidate for an Age Group Coaching position. We are looking for a Coach who keeps up with the latest training techniques, who has a vision to implement new ideas into our program and is comfortable communicating with parents and 11-18 year olds.

Ideal candidates have 3 or more years experience with Age Group and Senior Swimmers. We are looking for someone that has strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to write Meet reviews and articles for our newsletter.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must have all Coaching Certifications required by USA Swimming. ASCA certification preferred.

SALARY

$30,000/year or commensurate with experience. Some relocation assistance possible.

START DATE

Position is available immediately.
