Swim Job: Royal Swim Team seeks Age Group Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Royal_web_logo.jpgRoyal Swim Team is seeking an Age Group Coach with relevant experience for Westside JCC pool (West LA area).

ASCA certification is highly desirable.

Must possess CPR, First-Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches certifications.

This individual reports to the Head Coach and assists in the design, planning and implementation of the Royal Swim Team program with primary responsibility of teaching and coaching developmental and age group swimmers, and assisting with team swim lessons program.

Duties may include but are not limited to; organizing and coaching practices and attending meets. Candidate must be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible, outgoing attitude and passion for teaching swimming.

Must LOVE working with kids and be a role model for swimmers.

Candidate will be working with a group up to 15-20 swimmers. Compensation determined by candidate qualifications and experience.

We swim Monday through Thursday 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm and Friday 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
