This position’s initial duties will include providing assistance to the Head Coach with activities associated with the Women’s Swimming & Diving Intercollegiate Athletics program and student athletes, including recruitment, monitoring academic performance and social development, maintaining discipline and development programs, fundraising activities, coordinating summer camp, pre-and post-conditioning programs, practice, and games; and other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and one (1) year of coaching experience at the collegiate level or above or three (3) years of coaching experience at the high school level. Current knowledge of NCAA rules. Ability to pass the NCAA certification test annually. Current Swim Coaches Safety certification and CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within two (2) months of employment. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout the country.
