Reagan Cook Stays in Home State, Chooses Indiana

Talented IM’er Reagan Cook from the SWAC Swim Team and Homestead High School has committed to swim for Indiana: adding another verbal commitment to what is becoming a sizable class for the Hoosier women (Ali Rockett, Marie Chamberlain, and Delaney Barnard have all committed to the Hoosiers previously).

Cook is one of those uniue IM’ers who really is primarily an IM’er. She has bests times of 2:02.89 and 4:23.51.

Out of the four strokes, if one had to pick her best, it would likely be the butterfly: she was a 57.54 in the 100 as a (very young) freshman and a 2:02.64 in the 200 fly as a junior at the Minneapolis Grand Prix.

At that Minneapolis Grand Prix, Cook took 3rd in the 400 IM to actually score points on the series, and added to it a 10th place finish in the 200 yard fly.

Congrats to Reagan. She swims for Homestead HS, not Homewood.
