Olympic champion Pernille Blume‘s rumba to “Skyfall” during week 4 of Danish dance show Vild Med Dans earned the 2nd-highest score of the night: 34 points.
Blume wore an elegant black dress with high slits on each hip to embody this week’s theme: James Bond. The details on the sheer sleeves and back of her dress sparkled as her dance partner Morten Kjeldgaard lifted her in the air on his shoulder. Their dramatic and sensual performance placed them 2nd out of the remaining 10 teams this week.
Something else made this dance special, though: French sprinter Florent Manaudou, Blume’s fiancée, sat in the audience and was there to congratulate her after the show. The European swimming stars, who each have three Olympic Games under their belts, announced their engagement in early September.
Since then, Manaudou has kept busy as part of Energy Standard in season 3 of the International Swimming League.
