We reported how 20-year-old Ward already established a monster new personal best and Scottish benchmark of 1:50.37 in the 200m back.
His next victim was the 50m back, where the Bath Performance Centre ace notched a shiny new record of 23.60.
Ward’s outing overtook his own former national standard of 23.81 notched just last month at the British Universities & Colleges (BUCS) Short Course Championships.
He now ties Jack Skerry as the 6th-fastest British man in history.
