Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire two full-time coaches in the Northern Virginia area: specifically, in Arlington and Loudoun. These positions would report directly to the head site coaches and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers. We have opportunities to work with committed, elite level athletes across multiple age groups.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching age group swimmers in a year-round and fast-paced environment. Must have background in teaching stroke mechanics.
- Candidate must be self-driven, organized and passionate about the sport.
- Foundations of Coaching, Background check, and Safety training for Swim Coaches certifications through USA Swimming. NCAP will work with the right candidate to have all certifications completed.
- Hours will include on deck, meet and admin hours depending on the availability of the candidate. Computer skills with Team Unify and Hy Tek software is encouraged.
