  • Build a strong group culture through community service, team outings, and other functions that connect athletes to one another and to Machine Aquatics.

Group Leadership

  • Be present in the Machine offices on Tuesdays from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM, as required of all full-time staff.

  • A thoughtful planner who designs training with intention and implementation of a season plan, and can adapt quickly when athletes or conditions demand it.
  • A clear communicator who keeps athletes, parents, fellow coaches, and the Machine offices well-informed.
  • Aligned with our commitment to compassionate coaching and the long-term well-being of every swimmer in the program.
