February 05th, 2015 Training, Video

Power cords, paddles and snorkels have never looked so good….check out this insider training video produced by French National teamer, Grégory Mallet, during one of SwimMAC Elite’s practices this week.   30-year-old Mallet, who earned multiple relay medals at last year’s European Championships, is in the midst of a six-month-long training stint in Charlotte as part of his preparation for Rio 2016 qualification.

Along with Bermudian Roy Burch and Bahamian Arianna Vanderpool-Wallace, Mallet playfully documented portions of the session coaches Bob Groseth and Christy Shefchunas planned on February 4th at Queens University.   When watching the video, be sure to keep an eye out for the infamous rope climb – a well-documented trademark of SwimMAC Elite.

cool vid…buyer beware, finis long stretch cords are without a doubt the worst swimming related product i’ve ever purchased. they make a lot of great stuff, but the long cord (with the safety string encased) is not one of them, bought 4 and they all snapped on us within 2 months of use.
