35:00 WUTS + Core + Change & Rinse

700 MIX = 400 Ch + 6 x 50 w/10 RI (O = K/D x 25/E = D/S x 25)

10 x 50 @ 1:00 HVO Out + Overkick In

1 x 100 @ 2:00 w/paddles [ Strong Catch & Pull Focus ]
:30 Equip Off
1 x 150 @ 2:50 Desc. x 50 by doing quicker turnover
:30 Equip On

6 x 100 @ 1:50 50 K + 50 S w/fins
:30 Equip Off
7 x 50 @ 1:00 Desc. EN2/EN3 1-7 x 1 sec./50
1 x 50 @ 2:00 SP OTB

Hi coach,, as i am training swimmers aging 15 to 17 how many session they can do weight training and do they need heavy weight training,, please help me
