Coach Notes

The swim coach was asked to define any shorthand he or she used in this workout. Their notes should provide some additional context to this swimming workout.

This workout showed nice results and followed yesterday’s work on gear changing and technique. The kids didn’t have their color charts on purpose because I wanted them to set their gears in their head. The 200’s were spot on with the correlation of G1 to white, G2 to pink, g3 to Red… On the 100’s the swimmers descended well down to G5, purple. We finished the speed work with some more techique.
