200 IM
200 Pull
200 Swim

Set#1: Freestyle/Backstroke Long Axis Catch up swimming with buoy/stick/or pull kick
4×25 Free @.45

4×50 Free @1:00
1:00 Rest
4×100 Free @1:40
1:00 Rest
8×25 Power kick with single paddle belly down @1:00
5:00 Rest
4×25 Back @.45
1:00 Rest
4×50 Back @1:00
1:00 Rest

8×25 Power kick with single paddle on back @1:00
