We reached out to our SwimSwam followers on social media for Cesar Cielo questions, and the Olympic Champion was nice enough to answer them quickly (video above).

The 2008 Olympic gold medalist is back to top form recently posting the fastest 50 meter freestyle in the world, 21.39, at Mare Lenk. Fellow Brazilian Bruno Fratus was close behind with a 21.45, making Brazil a double-threat in the sprint final at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
