Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.
Fishers Area Swimming Tigers’ Haddie Vohs has committed to Arizona State University as a part of the Sun Devil women’s 2026 recruiting class.
I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Arizona State University! Thank you to my family, coaches at Noblesville, teammates, the LORD and friends for helping and supporting me through this decision. I would also like to thank the coaches and team at ASU for being so welcoming and giving me this opportunity! Forks up!!
Vohs competed on home turf at the Carmel stop of the World Aquatics World Cup (SCM). The Noblesville, Ind., native finished 7th in the women’s 200 butterfly (2:14.03), 19th in the 100 fly (1:01.54), 20th in the 100 freestyle (56.39), and 21st in the 100 back (1:02.67) at that meet.
Earlier this month, Vohs set four best times at the IU Natatorium Holiday Hoopla (SCY). She marked new top times in the 200 free (1:49.60), 500 free (4:58.58), 200 IM (2:05.74), and 100 back (56.73).
Vohs represents Noblesville High School. As a junior, she finished 9th in both the 200 free (1:50.01) and 100 fly (54.82) at the IHSAA Girls State Championship in February. A week earlier, at the IHSAA Girls Sectional in Carmel, Vohs set a best 100 fly time of 54.66, and a 100 free lifetime best swim in 50.44.
Last November, Vohs broke a 24-year-old school record in the 100 fly, clocking 55.44; the previous time was set in the 2000-2001 season in 55.80.
Vohs also holds a notable 200 fly best time from the Speedo Winter Junior Championships in December of 2024 of 1:59.83.
Best Times SCY:
- 100 Fly: 54.66
- 200 Fly: 1:59.83
- 100 Free: 50.44
- 200 Free: 1:49.60
- 500 Free: 4:58.58
- 200 IM: 2:05.74
The Arizona State women won the 2025 Big 12 Swimming and Diving title in their first season in the conference
Based on her best times, Vohs would have qualified for the ‘A’ final in the 200 fly, ‘C’ final in the 200 free, and finished 32nd in the 500 free at the 2025 Big 12s.
Vohs is already in a position to be a vital contributor to future ASU women’s rosters. Her mid-distance prowess will be a very positive contribution to an already loaded Sun Devils team.
The 200 fly and 200 free seem like no-brainers for her primary events; the third event could come to light a bit later.
With her 200 free best time coming within the last month, she could very well lower it further before she arrives in Tempe.
Vohs will join Alyssa Albertyn, Wren Smith, Maya Hetland, Riley Christensen, Ellie Chalupsky, Lilly Jane Allison, Rowan Biffart, Belis Sakar, and Olivia Colombo in the Sun Devils’ 2026 recruiting class.
