The American College Connection (ACC), an education company for all things college recruiting, will be running another webinar this coming Wednesday, May 3, providing high school student-athletes the tools they need to prepare for the college recruiting process.
The webinar, entitled “Finding the Right Fit, Philosophically” will feature Matt Crispino, head coach of Division I Princeton University. He has also previously coached at Florida State, Army, Colgate and his alma mater, William & Mary, where he was selected as the CAA Coach of the Year seven times.
“This talk will help students, families and HS/Club coaches ask the right questions to dig deeper as they aim to understand the program philosophy, training environment, team standards and how your personality will fit amongst the people who comprise each campus community,” the ACC says.
Matt and ACC ambassador and education specialist Doug Lennox will take a deep dive into how programs recruit the right people to fit into their program philosophies, how coaches identify people who will flourish at their institution, and how recruiting can help build a team culture. They will also take a look at how the admissions process works.
