Rishabh Das Ne 200m Backstroke Me National Record Toda

Maharashtra ke swimmer Rishabh Das ne men’s 200m backstroke event me ek naya Indian National Record bana diya. Unhone ye record 2026 NSW State Open Championships me banaya, jo Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre me hua.

Rishabh ne race 2:00.14 seconds me finish ki aur bronze medal bhi jeeta. Is performance ke saath unhone apna hi purana national record tod diya.

Pichla record 2:00.69 seconds ka tha, jo unhone pichle saal Senior National Championships me Bhubaneswar me banaya tha.

Is race me Stuart Swinburn ne 1:58.80s ke time ke saath gold medal jeeta, jabki Henry Allan ne 1:59.45s me race complete karke silver medal hasil kiya.

Halanki Rishabh ka ye timing impressive hai, lekin ye abhi bhi Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026 ke qualification standard se lagbhag 2 seconds slow hai. Swimming Federation of India ne is event ke liye 1:57.50s ka qualifying time set kiya hai.

Rishabh ko Inspire Institute of Sport ka support mil raha hai aur wo abhi Sydney me training kar rahe hain. Plan ke according wo April me India wapas aayenge.
