NE10 Swimmer of the Week

Taylor White, Bentley
Senior I Warwick, Bermuda

White was excellent in a head-to-head win vs. Brandeis.  She swam the 200 Free (2:00.30), 200 Back (2:11.65) and 400 Free Relay (as the anchor).


NE10 Diver of the Week

Amber Militrano, Bridgeport
Sophomore I West Haven, Conn.

Militrano scored a 127.85 jumping off the 1M board.  A two-sport athlete, Militrano also competes on the Purple Knights lacrosse squad.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Olivia Larsen, Saint Michael’s
Freshman I New Brunswick, Canada

Larsen won all four of her individual races while taking five victories in six events over the weekend. In a win over Clarkson on Saturday, she won the 100 (1:13.73) and 200 (2:37.33) breaststroke races, posting the 10th-fastest time in the NE10 this season in the latter. Larsen also swam for the top 200 medley relay (1:59.08). During a tri-meet sweep of Bridgewater State and Maine Maritime on Sunday, she captured the 100 backstroke (1:04.33) and 100 breaststroke (1:13.59) and aided the runner-up 200 medley relay (2:02.34).

WALTHAM, Mass. – Taylor White was named the Northeast 10 Women’s Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday after she won two individual races in Bentley’s victory over Brandeis on November 7.

White won both the 200 free and 200 backstroke and swam the anchor leg for the winning 400 free relay team.

She swam a season best 2:00.30 in the 200 free to win by more than eight seconds. Her time in the 200 back of 2:11.65 was also a season best and won that race by almost 15 seconds.

A senior from Warwick, Bermuda, it’s her third career NE10 weekly award.

The Falcons next compete on Saturday at Babson College.
