BATON ROUGE – The University of Houston Swimming & Diving team goes on the road for the first time this season as they travel to Baton Rouge to battle in the LSU Quad Meet.

The Cougars fell to #20 Texas A&M 166-133 on Thursday, finishing with five first place finishes and six new Top 10 times. Freshman Emma Overall, junior Evelyn Entrekin, sophomore Elizabeth Benoit, senior Virag Peter, and senior Liya Goupil highlighted the event placing first in their respective events.
BIG 12 HONORS
Michelle McLeod claimed her second Big 12 Conference honor of the season following her performance against #20 Texas A&M on Thursday. McLeod finished second in the 1m and 3m dives with scores of 287.48 and 308.63. This is her third time being named Big 12 Diver of the Week in her career.
