Paris Ne Seine River Me Swimming Possible Banaya

French capital me 2024 Summer Olympics city ke iconic landmarks and sun bathed sport ke unforgettable moments lekar aaya. Halanki ak sawal hawa me tha: Kya iski iconic river open water swimming and triathlon events ko host karne ke liye enough clean hogi?

Uss question ka answer mil gaya hai – aur iss summer me, ye finally apne water ko public ke liye open kar dega. Organizers ne inn events ko ak aisi nadi me host karne ka challenge liya, jise lambe time se ak dip lene ke liye highly polluted maana jata hai. Heavy rain ke karan pollution increase hone ke karan kabhi-kabhi hone wali failure ke baad bhi wo successful rahe.

Games me virasat me mile ak key legacy ko fulfill karte huye, France ki capital 5 July se three designated spots par river ko open karegi. Paris ki Mayor Anne Hidalgo ne reporters se kaha, “Ye ak extraordinary moment tha (2024 me), lekin Games ke dauran swimming apne aap me ak end nahi tha.”

Unhone kaha, “Seine river ko swimmable banana first and foremost climate change ko adapt karne ka response hai, lekin quality of life bhi hai.” Parisians and visitors historic city ke centre me Bras Marie, west me Grenelle district and east me Bercy me swimming ko enjoy kar sakte hain.

Ak time me Seine river me swimming ak popular pastime hua karta tha, lekin pollution ki wajah se ise lagbhag ak century tak ban kar diya gaya tha. City hall ne ak statement me kaha, “Iss summer me, Parisians and tourists Seine me swimming ke joy ko phir se feel karenge, ban ke 9 saal baad.”

Paris ke Deputy Mayor and in charge of sports Pierre Rabadan ne bataya ki swimming ko supervise and closely monitor kiya jayega. Shahar ko ummeed hai ki teeno locations par ak time me 150 se 300 swimmers honge aur season August ke end me khatm honge.

Beaches ki tarah, ak flag system – green, yellow and red- current conditions and water quality ko indicate karega. Water quality ko har din check kiya jayega aur baarish ke baad swimming ko suspend kiya ja sakta hai, Ile-de-France region ke prefect Marc Guillaume ne kaha. Unhone nadi ki safai ke chal rahe prayason ke karan last summer ke comparison me water quality ke baare me “aur bhi jada optimism” express kiya.
