W 500 FR
A. Roghair? Come on! K. Grimes beat A. Roghair straight up in the final of the W 500 FR at the 2025 ACC Swimming & Diving Championships.
W 200 IM
A. Walsh posted the seventh fastest All-Time Performance in the W 200 IM (SCM) at the 2024 Short Course World Championships. Only K. Douglass and K. Hosszu have been faster in the aforementioned event.
W 50 FR
G. Walsh posts a time of 20.25 in the final of the W 50 FR. The University of Virginia needs M. Parker to somehow sneak into the Championship Final in the W 50 FR to keep the University of Texas at bay.

Ah, Aimee Canny is not an individual NCAA Champion but an individual ACC Champion.
It will be impossible for Gretchen Walsh to match her performance at the 2024 Short Course World Championships (7 individual world records) which was one for the ages.
I feel like another name to watch out for would be Rachel Stege. Stege has had a very inconsistent over the past couple years with health issues, but she is seemingly back to form now. 4:34 at SCC’s, and considering how much time she has dropped over the past year and a half (1500 free drop from 6:33 to 16:13 in 2023, and then 16:13 to 16:10 in 2024), I wouldn’t put it past her to drop a significant amount of time in both her 500/1650.

I like your thinking, but it’ll be really hard for her to go past Grimes and Sims in the 500, and I definitely think she can drop in the 1650, but definitely not 30 seconds. Maybe more like 10.
