GROUP 1, please come forward and grab your boarding pass to watch Australia’s best swimmers going head-to-head in Adelaide this June.

On the line at the 2025 Australian Swimming Trials from June 9-14 at the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre (SAALC) is the chance to wear the green and gold at the World Aquatic Championships in Singapore later this year.

Swimming Australia, in partnership with the South Australian Government, is delighted to announce pre-sale tickets for Dolphin members and SwimCentral members go on sale today (March 11) from 2pm AEST through to 2pm AEST, Thursday March 13 before general sale opens.

June’s Adelaide Trials will also feature an exclusive FAST LANE for Dolphins’ members which provides priority access at the gates.

The Trials are the pinnacle event of this year’s domestic swimming calendar and will serve as a selection event for the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in July and the 2025 World Para Swimming Championships in September. Both events are being held in the Lion City.

SAALC, home to Olympic medallists Kyle Chalmers and Matt Temple, has cemented itself as a world-class venue and Swimming Australia is thrilled to have the Trials hosted in Adelaide with support from the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing and the South Australian Tourism Commission.

Marking the major national swimming meet of the year, Swimming Australia CEO Rob Woodhouse said he would love to see sports fans fill the stands and support the athletes on the back of one of the most successful 12 months of the able-bodied and para-Dolphin program.

Woodhouse said: “Trials are a highlight of the swimming calendar. With Dolphins selection on the line, we are sure to see high -quality racing and an electric atmosphere as our heroes from the 2024 Paris Games go head-to-head with an emerging generation of stars on the path to Singapore and beyond to the 2028 LA Games.”

“The SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre has been a fantastic stage for past Trials and I know that will be the case again in 2025. With team selection on the line, and as we enter a new four-year Olympic and Paralympic cycle, we can expect fast high-quality racing from across the field, plus a few new names to emerge amongst our Paris stars.

“My thanks to the South Australian Government for their support and we look forward to welcoming athletes and fans from around Australia to Adelaide in June.”

SA Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing Emily Bourke said: “We are excited to welcome Australian swimming fans to the world-class SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre to watch the nation’s best swimmers in action.”

“We know the South Australian community will be big supporters of this event and no doubt it will inspire the next generation of future Dolphins.

“That’s why we are investing record amounts into swimming pools and community recreation facilities in South Australia, to ensure more people have access to quality facilities that support diving into physical activity.”

SA Minister for Tourism Zoe Bettison said: “Here in South Australia we know how to put on a great sporting event, and the 2025 Australian Swimming Trials this June will be no exception.”

“I look forward to welcoming the nation’s best swimmers and their teams to our State and see the crowds come out to cheer them on in our state-of-the-art SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre. I encourage everyone to get tickets while you can and be part of the elite competition in your own backyard.”
