For viewers in the Western hemisphere, keeping up with preliminary sessions at the 2024 Olympics will be a tough task as the heats will begin at 5:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and 2:00 am Pacific (PT).
For those in Australia and Asia, they’ll need to get up real early (or stay up really late) to watch finals live.

Locally, prelims will begin relatively late, at 11:00 am, and finals will be live at 8:30 pm.

Swimming is live at 2:30 pm EST every day except last Sunday (12:30).
This also has the prime time schedule (delayed) for NBC, swimming is on at either 8pm or 9pm depending on the day and it’s very confusing.
Also worth noting: the last finals session 8/4 starts two hours earlier (6:30 pm local time) according to the official website

Didn’t realise there were 4 nights with no relays.
And forgot there were no rest days between the women’s 200 and 100 frees for MOC and Siobhan. Also between the 400 free and 200 free for Titmus.
Sunday finals should say women’s100 butterfly final.
I’ve been tapering for these 0430 finals sessions with streams of European athletics for the past month or so. And still a week or so of them to get myself to peak form.
