The Workout

Warm Up:
    400 yoyo
    6×50 @ 1:00 free (odd- kick/evens- swim)

Core Work:
    4×200 @ 3:30 (odds- fly/evens- back) streamline kick w/fins

IM Work:
    8×75 @ 1:15 IM order (50 kick build/25 swim FAST) w/fins
    8×50 @ 1:00 IM order (25 swim/25 kick)
    16×25 @ :30 IM order FAST

SPRINT work:
    6×100 @ 1:40 desc. (PB +6, +5,…+1)
