JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dwares JCC is seeking a swim team coach to take our TigerSharks Swim Team to the next level.
Candidates should have competitive swimming experience, as well as coaching or teaching experience. We are looking for a candidate who will instruct swimmers in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport, while also acting a leader and role model for them.
