Associate Head Swim Coach
Williamsburg Aquatic Club is looking for an Associate Head Coach to develop Swimmers at all Levels. This Position will work with the Senior Group as well as a Developmental Group. The goal is to gradually faze out the Club Founder and Head Coach since 1979. We are looking for a Passionate Coach into Athletic Development as well as a creator of a fun, safe and Competitive Atmosphere.
The Club has between 120-140 swimmers each year. The club has been ranked in the Top 100 of the ASCA Age Group ranking. This last year USA Swimming awarded the Bronze Medal for Club Excellence to our Club.
Qualifications:
- Previous Swim Coaching experience as a Head Coach or Senior Coach Level.
- Leadership & Communication skills to Communicate with Parents, Swimmers & Staff.
- Strong Organization & Administration Abilities
- Positive, Energetic and Team Focused Mindset
Salary Based on Experience and negotiable. Will Bring the Top-3 Candidates into Williamsburg to check out the area. You will get to meet the Staff and the Board during the Visit.
