6 Home Dates Highlight Indiana State’s 2019-20 Schedule

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State head swimming coach Josh Christensen has announced the program’s 2019-20 Women’s Swimming and Diving Schedule.

The Sycamores will open the 2019-20 season by traveling to the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association Open Water Meet in Lawrence, Kan. on Sept. 14. You will then get to look at the Sycamores for the first time at home on Sept. 27 as we will host the Blue-White Intrasquad Meet at the Vigo County Aquatic Center.

Indiana State will then travel to Illinois on Oct. 11 to face the Illini starting at 4 p.m. ET. The weekend of Oct. 19-20 the Sycamores will host an ISU Invite facing off against Missouri State and University of Indianapolis.

On Nov. 2 the Sycamores will hit the road to Evansville, Ind. to compete against Evansville and University of Arkansas at Little Rock starting at 11a.m. ET. The following week ISU will host Xavier on Nov. 8 at the Vigo County Aquatic Center. The Sycamores will then travel to Illinois State the following day with a start time of 1 p.m. ET.

The Sycamores will hit the road again to compete in the Purdue invite in West Lafayette, Ind. Nov. 21-23. Indiana State will come back home to host Eastern Illinois at 4:30 p.m. ET. on Dec. 7.

Indiana State will host Toledo on Jan. 17 starting at 2:30 p.m. ET. at the Vigo County Aquatic Center. The next day they will travel the Ball State in Muncie, Ind. starting at 3:00 p.m. ET. The following weekend ISU will travel to Southern Illinois in Carbondale, Ill. to face the Salukis starting at 1 p.m. ET.

On Feb. 1 Indiana State will hit the road to Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind. to compete against Notre Dame and Michigan State. The Sycamores not competing in the Notre Dame meet will travel to Valparaiso, Ind. on the same day.

The Missouri Valley Conference Championships will be Feb. 19-22 in Columbia, Mo. at the Mizzou Aquatic Center. The Zone C Diving qualifier and the CSCAA National Invitational Cup will take place on March 12-14. The NCAA Championships will be on March 18-21 in Athens, Ga.
