2015 Speedo Fall Challenge Offers $10,000 Mixed 400 Fr Relay WR Bonus

The 2015 Speedo Fall Challenge will be an exciting even this year that will draw in the nation’s top athletes with the event’s timing and location. Trojan Swim Club is hosting the meet on Saturday, November 21st under the lights of the Peter Daland Pool at USC. The event is scheduled to start at 7:30 pm.

The event will feature the top eight swimmers in each event squaring off for the winner-take-all prize money. The meet is slated for the evening before the Golden Goggles, Sunday, November 22, which should help to draw in the nation’s top athletes. Additionally, this meet serves a Trojan Swim Club’s fundraising event for their Outreach Learn to Swim program in South Los Angeles.

Swimmers are allowed to enter as many events as they want, but only the eight fastest swimmers entered in each race will be able to swim. The 50’s of each stroke will feature eight swimmers in prelims and four swimmers in the final.

Prizes for the event include $500 for the winner of each individual event and $1000 for the winner of each relay. There will be a special $10,000 prize awarded to the winner of the mixed 4×100 freestyle relay if a new world record is established.
