Swim Job: Extreme Aquatic Team Seeks Head Coach, Senior Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Edmond, OK

Team Name: Extreme Aquatic Team

Position Available: Head Coach/Senior Coach (Full-time)

ASCA Certification Level: Level 3 or higher preferred

Description

Head coach will be directly responsible for coaching the Seniors group and will oversee and lead assistant coaches for the introductory, novice and age group programs. The head coach is also responsible for normal administrative tasks, setting team goals, setting the meet schedule and attending swim meets.

Our team philosophy is rooted in technique-based training to swimmers of all abilities; developing mentally prepared and dedicated swimmers; professional coaching; exceptional parental support; and providing a family atmosphere that fosters character development and a love of swimming.

6 Facilities We train at Mitch Park YMCA, a year-round indoor facility opened in 2014.

7 Salary & Benefits Medical and vacation benefits. Competitive salary and bonus compensation, range is commensurate with experience.

Our club was founded in 1998 and is currently at 100+ members. Recent achievements include sectional qualifiers, Central Zones qualifiers and swimmers continuing their careers at major college swim teams.
