The #12 Louisville men and #13 Louisville women have just returned home from their winter training trip to Sarasota, Florida, and with the help of a GoPro, they’ve documented the entire trip.
The video starts in the pool, then jumps to some dryland work, then goes back to the pool before closing with some team building.
Don’t miss the team building – Louisville is infamous within circles who know for having some of the more creative team-building activities, and they closed a day of drylands on the beach with a rather unique game.
