Thousands of Sharks off the Coast of Florida, Swimmers Banned from Water

WPTV.COM reports that many South Florida beaches are closed due to tens of thousands of sharks swimming just off shore.

Marine biologists have seen them from Boca Raton to Jupiter since March 1st. According to the marine biologists the sharks are making their way north after migrating south for the winter.

The view from the sky is via WPTV’s Chopper 5 off the Palm Beach coast.

Lifegquards spotted schools of spinner sharks and immediately alerted swimmers not to go into the water.
