Swimming Me Body Rotation Ka Role – Beginner’s Guide

Hello Swimmers, Swimming sirf haath aur pair chalane ka naam nahi hai. Body rotation ek aisi cheez hai jo aapko fast, smooth aur thakaan-free swimmer banati hai. Agar body sahi rotate nahi karti, to swimming heavy lagti hai aur speed bhi nahi aati.

Body Rotation kya hota hai?

Body rotation ka matlab hai swimming ke time body ka left aur right side me halka sa ghoomna. Ye rotation shoulders aur hips se hota hai, sirf neck ya kamar se nahi.

Body Rotation kyun zaroori hai?

1. Speed badhata hai

Rotation se haath ko longer pull milta hai, jis se ek stroke me zyada distance cover hota hai.

2. Thakaan kam hoti hai

Sirf shoulders use karne ke bajay core muscles ka use hota hai, isliye jaldi thakaan nhi lagti hai.

3. Side Breathing easy hoti hai

Body rotate hogi to head naturally side me aayega, saans lena easy ho jayega.

4. Shoulder injury se bachata hai

Straight body me jabardasti pull karne se shoulder pain hota hai. Rotation is shoulder stress ko kam karta hai.

Kis-kis Stroke me Body Rotation hota hai?

1. Freestyle (Front Crawl)

Sabse zyada important rotation yahin hota hai

  • Body left–right side me roll karti hai
  • Breathing ke time body already rotate hoti hai
  • Rotation shoulders aur hips dono se hoti hai

Beginner mistake:
Sirf neck ghumana, body bilkul flat rakhna

2. Backstroke

Freestyle jaisa hi rotation hota hai

  • Body pani ke upar roll karti hai
  • Rotation se pull strong hota hai
  • Straight, stiff body se backstroke slow ho jata hai

3. Butterfly

Side rotation nahi hota

  • Butterfly me body up–down (wave motion) me chalti hai
  • Dono shoulders ek sath move karte hain
  • Yahan side rotation karoge to stroke bigad jayega

4. Breaststroke

Side rotation nahi hota

  • Body mostly flat rehti hai
  • Thoda sa natural movement hota hai, lekin rotation nahi
  • Focus timing aur glide par hota hai

Beginners ke liye Easy Tips

Freestyle aur backstroke me hips + shoulders ek sath rotate hone chahiye
Rotation ko force mat karo, natural rakho
Kick continuous rakho, warna rotation control nahi hogi
Head stable rakho, sirf body rotate hone do

Happy Swimming…..
