JOB DESCRIPTION

Colorado College Men’s and Women’s Swimming Team seeks Assistant Swimming Coach.

DUTIES

Colorado College logoUnder the general supervision of the Head Swimming Coach, the Assistant Swimming Coach is responsible for assisting with all areas of the Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving program. This includes, but is not limited to: preparing and coaching at practices and competitions; coordinating recruiting; arranging team travel; creating a positive team environment, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Successful swimming coaching experience, with collegiate coaching experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree. Computer skills, including a working knowledge of social media platforms, recruiting software, Hy-Tek software, etc.

COMPENSATION

This is a full-time, 9 month position. $20,000 plus BENEFITS.
