48.5 km (28.5 miles) Manhattan Island ke around sirf 9 ghante 12 minute mein cover karke, Shreyas first Indian civil servant ban gaye aur overall sirf 12th Indian jo is prestigious open-water marathon swim ko conquer kar paaye.
Yeh challenge duniya ke sabse toughest challenges mein se ak maana jaata hai, jisme swimmers ko strong currents, unpredictable tides aur choppy waters se ladte huye Manhattan ke saare 20 iconic bridges ke neeche se gujarna padta hai,
Shreyas ke liye ye swim sirf ak personal triumph nahi tha, balki ak collective pride ka moment bhi tha. Finish line par unhe unke parents ne greet kiya, aur poore swim ke dauraan unki wife Divya ne unke hydration aur nutrition ko perfectly time par ensure karke ak crucial crew member ka role play kiya.

Iss grueling race me competitors ko ak hi din mein 3.8 km ki swim, 180 km ki cycle ride, aur full 42.2 km ki marathon run complete karni thi. Shreyas ne successfully triathlon 13 ghante 26 minute mein complete karke coveted title of “Ironman” earn kiya.
